OmniRoom provides AI-powered product staging tools for furniture sellers. The Service includes AI image generation, background removal, image upscaling, video generation, product description generation, and related features. The availability and scope of features may vary by subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Credit System and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use generation features or download content.
• Credit allocations and pricing are determined by your subscription plan.
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
• Unused credits from monthly allocations do not roll over to the next billing period unless specified by your plan.
• We reserve the right to modify credit costs for features with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate illegal content
• Upload images that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models used by the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without authorization
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent
• Circumvent any rate limits, credit restrictions, or security measures

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the product images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely for providing the Service.

Generated Content

AI-generated images, videos, and descriptions created through the Service are yours to use for commercial purposes, including product listings, marketing materials, and advertisements. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and marketplace policies.

Our Platform

The OmniRoom platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, remains our intellectual property. These terms do not grant you any rights to our platform beyond using the Service as intended.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. AI generation results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations. We continuously improve our AI models to provide the best possible results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniRoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You should download any generated content before account termination.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
